The guesthouse city pension is just next door to the Schall and Rauch hotel in Prenzlauer Berg
From their pictures this place looks really nice and well designed. All rooms have a private bath room and a tv set for some relaxing in the evening.
Prices start from €34,50 for the economy single room and go to €147 for the really nice looking 6 person apartment next to the heart of Berlin. If you need breakfast add another €5 to that.
